Privacy Policy & Data Practices
TMP10 is designed to keep short-term email separate from your real identity. Privacy tools do not guarantee complete anonymity; this notice explains the data needed to operate the service, retention limits, and the controls available to you.
1. Scope and roles
This policy applies to the temporary inboxes, privacy forwarding, and related support channels offered at tmp10.com. Once you submit a temporary address to a third-party website, that site's use of the data it holds is governed by its own policy and is outside TMP10's control.
2. Data processed by temporary inboxes
When you create an inbox, the system generates a random address and access token, and processes the sender, recipient, subject, body, time, and attachments delivered to that address. The token acts as the key to that inbox; anyone who has it may be able to read the messages, so do not share it or use the inbox for sensitive accounts.
Your browser may store the address, token, and expiration time locally so you can continue the session after refreshing. Temporary addresses expire according to the period shown in the interface, and messages are not promised as a permanent archive; once an inbox expires or is destroyed, recovery cannot be relied upon.
3. Privacy forwarding accounts
Forwarding requires verification by a code sent to the destination email address. The system processes the verified destination address, aliases you create, activation status, forwarding results, and necessary anti-abuse metrics. Incoming messages are used to complete forwarding, retry failed deliveries, detect spam, and show your activity history. You can disable or delete an alias; after it is disabled, new messages are discarded.
4. Technical and security data
To enforce rate limits, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and keep the service secure, the system may process request times, network addresses, browser information, API results, and security events. This information is not used to build advertising profiles, and personal data is not sold. Where legally required, necessary to protect the service, or needed to investigate clear abuse, the minimum necessary information may be retained or disclosed as permitted by law.
5. Retention and deletion
Retention periods vary by purpose: temporary email is governed by the inbox countdown; account and alias data are retained while forwarding is provided; short-term technical logs are retained only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. Deletion from backups or security logs may take a reasonable amount of time. Legal obligations or active security incidents may require longer retention.
6. Security boundaries
We use reasonable safeguards such as access controls, transmission protection, and least-privilege access, but no internet service is risk-free. Temporary email should not be used for banking, government, healthcare, primary work accounts, password resets, or other long-term credentials. Message content may also be retained by the sender or other services along the delivery chain.
7. Your choices
- Destroy your temporary inbox before it expires and clear its local session data from your browser.
- Disable or delete forwarding aliases you no longer use from the dashboard.
- Do not include identification documents, financial information, or confidential material in email messages.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of identifiable account data; we may first verify the requester's identity.
8. Children, international transfers, and changes
The service is not intended for children below the applicable age of digital-service consent in their jurisdiction. Our infrastructure and email delivery may cross regional borders; by using the service, you acknowledge that email routing can be international. Material policy changes will update the date on this page; review the policy again before continuing to use the service.
