Terms of Service & Fair Use Rules
By using TMP10, you agree to these terms. The service provides short-term email receiving and controlled forwarding, but not permanent email ownership, guaranteed anonymity, or recovery protection for critical accounts.
1. Service Description
Temporary inboxes require no registration. They are accessed with a random token and remain available for a limited time. Private forwarding uses an email verification code to forward messages received by an alias to a verified destination email address. Features, quotas, and expiry periods are as shown in the interface at the time of use.
2. Eligibility and Account Security
You must have the legal capacity to accept these terms and comply with the laws where you live. Keep verification codes, login tokens, and temporary inbox tokens secure. You are responsible for access risks caused by shared addresses or tokens, or by using an unprotected device.
3. Fair Use
You may use the service for ordinary registration verification, low-risk trials, subscription separation, and lawful privacy protection. You must not use it to send or assist with spam, fraud, harassment, malware, or infringing content; impersonate others; evade platform bans; create accounts in bulk through automation; probe systems; or disrupt service stability.
4. Email and Third-Party Services
Senders, recipients, and internet email pathways are controlled by independent parties. TMP10 does not guarantee delivery of every message, acceptance of temporary domains by third parties, ongoing attachment safety, or forwarding without delay. If a third party rejects disposable email addresses, you must not use the service to bypass its rules.
5. Address Expiry and Content Retention
Temporary addresses expire after the period shown in the interface. Replacing an address immediately invalidates the old one. Read verification codes and save necessary information before expiry. Addresses, messages, and attachments are not promised permanent storage; do not use them for banking, government, medical, employment identity, domain registration, or accounts that require long-term recovery.
6. Forwarding Alias Management
Alias prefixes must follow the interface rules and must not use reserved names. You may enable, disable, or delete aliases. Messages received after an alias is disabled will not be forwarded, and deletion may be irreversible. The system may limit the number of aliases, request rates, message sizes, and unusual senders.
7. Content Responsibility and Enforcement
Email content is primarily sent by third parties, and TMP10 does not endorse its accuracy, legality, or safety. To protect users and infrastructure, we may block dangerous attachments, limit unusual traffic, suspend features suspected of abuse, or retain necessary records when legally required. Clearly unlawful or service-threatening use may be terminated without prior notice.
8. Availability and Changes
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” and may be interrupted by maintenance, capacity limits, network issues, attacks, or upstream failures. We may change features, expiry periods, and quotas; material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page. Keep independent copies of important information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TMP10 is not liable for expired addresses, undelivered messages, lost content, third-party refusals, unrecoverable accounts, or indirect losses. Any mandatory liability that cannot be excluded will be handled under applicable law. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited for intentional conduct.
10. Termination and General Terms
You may stop using a temporary inbox and delete the aliases you manage. If any part of these terms is invalid, the remaining parts remain effective; failure to enforce a right immediately does not waive it. Disputes should first be discussed in good faith through the support channel and remain subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection rules.
11. Contact
For terms, abuse reports, or service issues, contact support@tmp10.com. When reporting abuse, include the time, relevant addresses, and necessary evidence, but do not forward unrelated sensitive content.
